Two jobs, two completely different pieces of equipment - but the same rule applies to both: when something breaks on a working farm, everything downstream stops with it. We've been heads-down lately tackling a full ag bag rebuild for a local dairy farm alongside a utility trailer leaf spring shackle repair, and both jobs are good examples of the kind of work we do every day.

An ag bag machine takes a beating over time. The internal components - the rotor, the slats, the housing - all wear hard and fast under constant use. Getting inside one of these machines and rebuilding it from the ground up takes real familiarity with how they're put together. We work through each component methodically, making sure everything is solid before it goes back into service. A dairy operation depends on that machine running right, so cutting corners isn't an option.

The trailer repair was a different animal entirely. A broken leaf spring shackle is one of those things that looks minor until you realize the whole axle assembly is compromised. Running a trailer in that condition is a safety problem - for the driver, the load, and anyone else on the road. We got the shackle sorted out and the suspension geometry back where it needed to be.

What ties these two jobs together is pretty simple: local farms and operations need a shop they can actually count on. Not one that's two hours away or backed up for weeks. We're here, we know this equipment, and we understand that downtime costs real money. That's why we stay busy - because the people we work for can't afford for things to sit broken.
